Refund policy

Our returns policy is not universal to all products. Please contact us at info@greensandleisure.co.uk for clarification if it is not clear which returns policy applies in your case.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products such as ditch channels, rubber chips, pre-cut rubber matting, and pre-cut artificial grass, etc. are considered final-sale i.e. non-refundable and non-returnable. There is a lot of work that goes in to sourcing, cutting, and shipping niche products such as we provide. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns.

Should a 'made-to-order' purchase be cancelled we will endeavour to stop the instruction to process prior to 'first cuts' being made. We will seek to provide a refund and we reserve the right to offer a full refund, partial refund, or no refund depending on the order state at time of cancellation.

Standard Products

Standard products, such as net bags, aluminium steps, rubber-pin matting, adhesives, etc. are refundable provided they are in the original, unused condition.
